A new patient & community transport service signposting service has been launched by CAMAD.
It will help patients who live in the Dyfi Valley area with their health related travel needs, including access to Dyfi Valley Health’s General Medical Services at Machynlleth Health Centre, Forge Road, Machynlleth.
The service can be contacted by phone (01654 700071), by email (admin@camad.org.uk) or in person at the CAMAD offices:
Tuesday: 9.30am–12.30pm and 1.30pm–3.30pm
Wednesday: 9.30am–12.30pm and 1.30pm–3.30pm
Friday: 9.30am–1.30pm
This pilot service has been funded for six months from 1 August 2019 to 31 January 2020 by Powys Teaching Health Board.
